Hostess Isabelle is wonderful and attentive! Her home is delightful and comfortable. When our travel was delayed she went above and beyond kindly adjusting the dates for us. Though it was rainy and my husband was under the weather, I enjoyed walking around the historical neighborhood. We would definitely stay again! Sara Shannon

Excellent location close to the centre. Parking in Perpignan can be an expensive nightmare, so the garage is a really valuable bonus. Christiane and Philippe went out of their way to make us feel welcome and helped us to find our way about.

"I stayed for one night at this property. My room was in excellent conditions exactly as I expected". The host welcomed me and showed me my room and the facilities in it. She was super nice along my stay. Breakfast was typically French and included fresh croissent, yugort and drinks. I didn't have to walk for long to reach the train station or catch the airport shuttle bus. I recommend this place for the services and money-value.

The breakfast was incredible! Homemade croissants were delicious and really good coffee. The check in process was very easy and Christine was very kind and helpful, even though we didn't speak french we didn't have any issues communicating and the whole stay went smoothly.

An easy walk to and from the train station. An equally easy quick walk to and from the main town centre. Lovely shower and there’s is a fan in the room for the hotter nights.

I loved the room. So tastefully decorated. The large veranda window and balcony. The bed was perfect and the area was quiet enough to sleep with the windows open. Just a 1 min walk from a large supermarket and a short straight walk to the train and bus station. There is a 24/7 Laundrette outside the supermarket. It takes cash and cards. I used it the first night at about midnight. It is safe and you have security cameras there. The area looks very up market residential. I loved having a fridge and microwave in my room and the host is a very nice man who never fails to show new arrivals the ropes. You have keys to enter at will. The showers are very clean and function perfectly. Television and WiFi worked greatly. I sometimes play mobile games and I did very well because of the strong connection. The shower and bathroom felt like home. I loved my stay.
