Communication was perfect also the use / installation of the app os flow less. I could do the laundry downstairs Apartmemt is almost soundproof didnt hear anything from the neighbours. about 10 minutes walk from the beach. Having a car is needed but free parking is amazing

Very good, well localized, and super clean and comfortable with all necessary available..
